SUBJECT: Notice of Annual Meeting and Elections
This notice is to advise Pacific Community Credit Union members that the Annual Meeting will be held on Wednesday, March 2, 2016, 5:00 pm, at the Fullerton Elks Lodge, 1400 Elks View Lane, Fullerton, CA. There is no charge to attend the Annual Meeting and we invite all members to join with us. However, there will be a nominal $10 charge for those who wish to stay for a buffet dinner after the meeting. Please RSVP by February 26, 2016, by calling (800) 656-2328 x1455 or using the form on the back of this notice.
You will have the chance to meet the staff and officials who make our Credit Union work. You will also hear reports about the Credit Union and plans for the future.
The Nominating Committee nominated the following to serve on the Board of Directors: Sherry Draxler (3-year term), Aleta Reeser (3-year term) and Shirley Thiele (3-year term). The Committee nominated the following to serve on the Supervisory Committee: Dani-Sue Dittmar (3-year term).
Please note that in accordance with the Credit Union’s bylaws (Article V, Section 2(d)), when no more nominations for vacant positions are presented than the actual number of vacant positions available (as in this case), the Credit Union can declare those persons nominated (as specified above) to be automatically elected without further action (by acclamation).
